  • CLASS PACKAGE EXPIRATIONS

    We’re here to support your practice and help you stay consistent. Here’s what to know about our class package expiration timelines:

    Single Class: Expires in 30 days

    5-Pack: Expires in 3 months

    10-Pack: Expires in 6 months

    Please note: All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • CLASS REGISTRATION & LATE ENTRY

    Registration: All classes must be booked at least 15 minutes before start time via our website or app.

    Late Entry: We know things happen — but for the safety, energy, and focus of the class, no late entry is allowed. Doors will be locked at the scheduled start time, and late arrivals will not be permitted in. This helps protect the experience for everyone and minimizes disruptions once class begins. No exceptions.

    If You Arrive Late: You won’t be charged a fee, but please email us within 12 hours to let us know you were outside and unable to enter. This helps us verify and avoid applying a no-show charge.

    Arrival Window: The studio opens 15 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after. Please plan to arrive early and be on your mat by start time.

  • CANCELLATION & NO SHOW

    Cancellations:

    • Non-Members: Cancel at least 6 hours before class

    • Members: Cancel at least 4 hours before class

    Late Cancel Fee: $10 charged to your card on file

    No-Show Fee: $15 charged to your card on file

    Applies to Everyone:

    All clients — including All-Access Members and class pack holders — are subject to these fees. No class credits will be deducted for missed classes.

    These policies help us maintain fairness and class availability for all students.

  • RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

    No Refunds or Extensions: We do not offer refunds or extensions on class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, or merchandise.

    Non-Transferable: All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

  • MEMBERSHIPS

    Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

    Failed Payments: If your payment fails, you have 5 days to update your billing info and complete payment. After 5 days, your membership will be automatically canceled.

    Commitment: All Standard Unlimited Memberships require a 2-month minimum commitment before cancellation is permitted.

    Cancellation: To cancel, email hello@fireflowstpete.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.

    Start & Renewal: Memberships begin on the date of purchase and automatically renew each month on the same date.

  • EQUIPMENT & ACCESSORIES

    Bring Your Own: We encourage clients to bring their own equipment and accessories, as rentals and purchases are limited.

    Mat Rentals: $3 per class (free for Unlimited Monthly Members).

    Sweat Towels: Available for purchase at $2. Please note, we do not offer rental sweat towels.

    Water Bottles: Single-use bottles are available for purchase (pending inventory). Refill your bottles at our water station.

  • MINIMUM AGE & PET POLICY

    Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to attend classes, no exceptions.

    Pet Policy: We LOVE pets but pets are not allowed in the studio for safety reasons.

  • CASHLESS

    We only accept credit & debit cards. We ask that all clients update their online account with a valid credit card.

  • LOST & FOUND

    Lockers are available, but FireFlow is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    Unclaimed items will be donated after 30 days.
